Abstract:
Each DC/DC converter (10) of the present invention comprises: a transformer (3); first and second switching circuits (4, 5) that comprise a plurality of legs that comprise a plurality of semiconductor switching elements; and capacitors (6, 7). Upon detecting a malfunction at the semiconductor switching elements (Q1, Q2), a control circuit (20): suspends a normal operation mode; performs control on the first switching circuit (4) in a protection mode that turns all of semiconductor switching elements (Q1) OFF; and, after performing control on the second switching circuit (5) in a discharge mode that turns a semiconductor switching element (Q2) that is in a discharge leg ON so as to discharge capacitor (7), performs control in a bypass mode that turns a semiconductor switching element (Q2) that is in a bypass leg ON so as to cause a short between secondary-side terminals and bypass capacitor (7).
