Abstract:

In the present invention, a control device (3) generates a voltage command value for controlling a current flowing between a three-phase alternating current power source (1) and a power converter (2) so that a full-voltage representative value representative of voltage values of all power storage elements matches a direct current voltage command value. The control device (3) generates a zero-phase voltage command value for controlling a circulating current flowing through a delta connection so as to balance voltage values of power storage elements between first to third arms (A1 to A3). The control device (3) combines the voltage command value and a zero-phase current command value to generate an output voltage command value for controlling output voltages of respective unit converters (5). The control device (3), by removing a control quantity for the full-voltage representative value from computation of the zero-phase voltage command value, eliminates interference between an output current control and circulating current control.
