Abstract:
Disclosed is a power conversion device wherein: a first source electrode of a first switching device, and a second drain of a second switching device are electrically connected to each other; a first gate electrode of the first switching device, and a second gate electrode of the second switching device are in an on-state; and a voltage is applied so that the potential of a second source electrode of the second switching device is higher than the potential of a first drain electrode of the first switching device.
