Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of appropriately ensuring a heat passage around a capacitor element and ensuring reliability of the capacitor element. A power conversion device according to the present invention comprises: a power semiconductor circuit unit that converts DC power into AC power; a capacitor element that smooths the DC power; a DC-side busbar that transmits the DC power; a capacitor terminal connected to the electrode surface of the capacitor element and to the DC-side bus bar; and a case that forms a capacitor accommodation part that accommodates the capacitor element, the DC-side bus bar having: a power-supply-side terminal, a main body part that sandwiches the capacitor element and is disposed in a position facing the bottom part of the capacitor accommodation part; and an extension part between the case and the capacitor element, the extension part being formed facing from the main body part toward the bottom part of the capacitor accommodation part, and not contacting the electrode surface.
