Abstract:
A power conversion device (90) is provided with a circuit substrate (31) on which wiring (33, 34, 35) is formed and a plurality of semiconductor switching elements (1a, 1b) are mounted, and a driver circuit (2a) that is mounted on the circuit substrate (31) and drives at least two of the plurality of semiconductor switching elements (1a, 1b) in common. The plurality of semiconductor switching elements (1a, 1b) are such that the package shapes thereof are the same, and are disposed in a positional relationship such that an inter-control-terminal distance (L), which is the distance between respective control terminals, is less than the length (lt) of a terminal side, which is the side of a package on which a control terminal (22) is disposed.
