Abstract:
According to the present invention, fifth and sixth semiconductor elements (9, 10) are connected between a midpoint (Nd) of a first leg between first and second semiconductor elements (5, 6) and a midpoint (Ne) of a second leg between third and fourth semiconductor elements (7, 8). The connection distance between a first snubber circuit (SNC1) and the positive electrode of the first semiconductor element (5) is shorter than the connection distance between the first snubber circuit and the positive electrode of the third semiconductor element (7). The connection distance between the first snubber circuit and the negative electrode of the fourth semiconductor element (8) is shorter than the connection distance between the first snubber circuit and the negative electrode of the second semiconductor element (6). In addition, the connection distance between a second snubber circuit (SNC2) and the positive electrode of the third semiconductor element (7) is shorter than the wiring distance between the second snubber circuit and the positive electrode of the first semiconductor element (5), and the connection distance between the second snubber circuit and the negative electrode of the second semiconductor element (6) is shorter than the wiring distance between the second snubber circuit and the positive electrode of the fourth semiconductor element (8).
