Abstract:
A power conversion device (1) is provided with three semiconductor modules (10) each having a semiconductor element (11), and a capacitor module (20) electrically connected to the three semiconductor modules (10), wherein each of the three semiconductor modules (10) includes: a body portion (12) accommodating the semiconductor element (11); a positive pole terminal (13P) for electrically connecting the semiconductor element (11) with a positive pole side of a power supply; a negative pole terminal (13N) for electrically connecting the semiconductor element (11) with a negative pole side of a power supply (B); and a current sensor element (14) accommodated in the body portion (12) to detect a current flowing through the semiconductor element (11). The positive pole terminal (13P) and the negative pole terminal (13N) protrude toward the capacitor module (20) from an opposing surface (12a) of the body portion (12) opposing the capacitor module (20).
