Abstract:
A power conversion device that implements virtual synchronous generator control comprises: a converter that converts a first DC voltage output from a distributed power supply to a second DC voltage; an inverter that converts the second DC voltage output from the converter to an AC voltage and outputs the AC voltage to an AC system; a converter control circuit; a virtual synchronous generator control circuit that imparts the transient characteristics of the synchronous generator to the inverter; and an inverter control circuit that controls the inverter as a voltage source on the basis of AC system voltage information input from the virtual synchronous generator control circuit. The virtual synchronous generator control circuit calculates a switching frequency at which charging/discharging of the distributed power source is switched on the basis of information necessary for virtual synchronous generator control including a power target value of the power converter. The converter control circuit uses the switching frequency to create a frequency range of the AC system voltage for providing a drooping characteristic of the power conversion device with a dead zone where the charge/discharge power of the distributed power supply is zero or imparting a hysteresis to the switching of the charge/discharge of the distributed power supply. The converter control circuit performs control so that the charge/discharge power of the distributed power supply becomes zero within the frequency range.
