Abstract:
Disclosed is a power converter electrically connected to a power storage device, the power converter comprising a control unit that refers to a reference function having droop characteristics, which is a control target function, as an output target of the power storage device in accordance with voltage measured by the power converter. The reference function has a constant output/input region over a predetermined voltage range, and the reference function is updated on the basis of a battery state of the power storage device.
