Abstract:

The power demand-supply management server (10) obtains information that defines restriction specifics regarding comfort and electricity charges from a customer's power operating device (2). An individual customer control optimization unit of the power demand-supply management server (10) then calculates electric equipment control specifics to minimize cost evaluation value based on the simulation result for a cost evaluation value, which is an index for evaluating comfort and excessive electricity charges, and transmits the same to the customer's power utilization device (2). An overall customer optimization unit of the power demand-supply management server (10) also calculates the optimal metered electricity unit price which assures a planned demand-restriction amount required for the power system overall based on daily load curves for each customer.
