Abstract:
Provided is a power device making it possible to easily design a switching circuit in which a countermeasure against high-frequency noise is taken while maintaining the switching speed. A power device (10, 10A-10D) is provided with a normally-on first transistor (12), a normally-off second transistor (14), and an electrical path (16) establishing a cascade connection between the first transistor (12) and the second transistor (14), the electrical path (16) including an inductance element (32).
