Abstract:
[Problem] To achieve a reduction in power loss and the optimization of various evaluation indices, in a power distribution network. [Solution] Provided is a power distribution network creation method in which on/off combinations of switches (32-1, 32-2) in a power distribution network are determined to find a supply path for power sources (30-1, 30-2) according to a combination of the switches (32-1, 32-2) for which power loss is low, wherein: zones demarcated by the switches (32-1, 32-2) are represented as blocks (i, j); the on/off states of the switches (32-1, 32-2) are represented as binary variables {a, b} where a, b are any integer; and a power loss evaluation function is formulated using the binary variables. In addition, with application to an annealing machine, a supply path according to a combination of switches for which power loss is low is determined.
