Abstract:
Disclosed is a power distribution system equipped with a DC electric power system in which DC electric power generated by a DC electricity generation device is supplied to a DC load via a DC supply line, and an AC power system which is hooked up to the DC electric power system and in which AC electric power from an AC power supply is supplied via an AC supply line. The power distribution system is equipped with: a two-way converter which converts the AC electric power from the AC supply line to DC electric power, and the DC electric power from the DC supply line to AC electric power; and a control unit which promotes a balance between the electric power supply to the DC supply line and the electric power demand required via the DC supply line by controlling the two-way converter so that the DC supply line voltage reaches a reference value.
