Abstract:

Disclosed are a power divider, a power division apparatus and a wireless communication apparatus. The power divider comprises a main port, a first branch port and a second branch port, wherein a first inductance unit is provided between the main port and the first branch port, and a second inductance unit is provided between the main port and the second branch port; a first transistor switch unit is provided between the first inductance unit and the ground; a second transistor switch unit is provided between the second inductance unit and the ground; a third transistor switch unit is provided between the first branch port and the second branch port; a cut-off capacitor, which corresponds to the first transistor switch unit and the second transistor switch unit being in an off state, may be equivalent to a capacitor in the form of a lumped element; and an on-resistor, which corresponds to the third transistor switch unit being in an on state, may be equivalent to an isolation resistor in the form of a lumped resistance element. Therefore, the power divider not only has a port selection capability, but can also reduce the area of a chip, and is suitable for application in the field of integrated circuits.
