Abstract:
A power drive system, comprising: an engine (4); a gearbox, the gearbox having gearbox power output parts (21, 22); a first electric powered generator (51), the engine (4) and the first electric powered generator (51) being coupled together by means of the gearbox; and a differential, the differential having a differential power input part (7) and two differential power output parts (71), the differential power input part (7) being linked to the gearbox power output part (21, 22), each differential power output part (21, 22) being connected to the wheels arranged on the respective same side and a power engagement apparatus (7c) being arranged between a differential power output part (21, 22) and the wheels arranged on the same side. Also disclosed is a vehicle comprising the present power drive system.
