Abstract:
A power exchange station and a protection system thereof, the power exchange system being composed of an independently arranged safety system and a master control and monitoring system, the two systems cross-checking one another to form redundancy fault protection; the safety system is divided into a manual safety chain and a machine safety chain, and fault level classification is performed, preventing a brake shutdown operation from being performed when an abnormal situation occurs, and thereby extending the service life of the brake; when only the machine safety chain is activated, the machine can be started up quickly after maintenance, reducing shutdown time and enhancing the user experience. The system design of the protection system is based on a safety PLC, a communication terminal uses a safety bus protocol, and the output terminal uses forced guided output, thereby effectively protecting the reliability of the entire power exchange station.
