Abstract:
Provided are a power failure detection circuit device and a lighting device comprising same and having an emergency light function, wherein the power failure detection circuit device is disposed on the side of an electric device such as a general lighting device connected to a commercial power source through a switch, and in response to power supply being stopped, is configured to determine whether the stoppage was caused by a switch malfunction or a power failure. The power failure detection circuit device, according to the present invention, comprises: a first circuit unit electrically connected to a power input terminal; a second circuit unit electrically insulated from the first circuit unit and electrically connected to a control unit; a first signal transfer unit which transfers a signal from the first circuit unit to the second circuit unit without current flowing between the two circuit units; and a second signal transfer unit which transfers a signal from the second circuit unit to the first circuit unit without current flowing between the two circuit units.
