The invention is a power-feeding connector for a pump, and downhole equipment equipped with the power-feeding connector wherein a portion where a metal terminal is disposed can be protected from a corrosive gas infiltrating to the interior of the power-feeding connector. Accommodated inside a pot head (50) is a seal member (100) whereby three inserted power-feeding cables (30) are held at predetermined positions of the pot head (50). The seal member (100) comprises a forward cylinder portion (101) having an equivalent external diameter dimension to the internal diameter of the pot head (50), a rear cylinder portion (102), a ring recessed groove (103), and three hollow cylinder portions (104). Each of the three hollow cylinder portions (104) is provided as a single body and protrudes from an opening peripheral edge of a corresponding insertion hole (102b) on a rear surface portion (102a). Ring recessed grooves (104b) are formed in a recessed manner on each internal peripheral surface at the end (104a) of each of the cylinder portions (104) wherein an O-ring member (110) is fitted while abutting the external side surface (33a) of a cover material (33) from each of the power-feeding cables (30).
