The present invention relates to an electric car power feeding rail module using a non-contact magnetic inductive charging method, and aims to protect the power feeding line from shocks and loads, while also protecting same from the penetration of moisture during rain, and to enhance the energy efficiency by concentrating the magnetic field on the side of a current collecting device. To this end, the present invention provides an electric car power feeding rail module using a non-contact magnetic inductive charging method, a road structure using same, and a method for constructing the road, the module comprising: a power feeding line for supplying energy; an insulating duct enshrouding the power feeding line; a protection cover enshrouding at least the top portion and the side surface of the insulating duct; and a magnetic flux leak prevention member mounted thereto to prevent the leaking of a magnetic flux in the lower side of the insulating duct.
