Abstract:
A power generating device installed under the ground and capable of generating a power by circulating steel balls in combination of the lowering of objects by gravity with the rising thereof by buoyancy, wherein the generator is started directly by gravity, the used steel balls are raised to a water level by buoyancy, and the steel balls are rotated again by utilizing the weight thereof in the air, whereby the power generating device can generate a power irrespective of a weather and a temperature.
