Abstract:
This power-generating element production method comprises: a first step of providing, in a substrate having a vibrating part capable of vibrating, a supporting part for supporting the vibrating part at one end section in one direction of the vibrating part, and providing a weight part at the other end section in the one direction of the vibrating part; a second step, after providing the supporting part and the weight part to the vibrating part, of providing a piezoelectric part for generating power via vibration, at a site on the reverse side, in the substrate thickness direction, from the supporting part side of the vibrating part; and a third step, after providing the piezoelectric part onto the vibrating part, of cutting, in the substrate thickness direction, the outer edges of the vibrating part, thereby extracting the power-generating element from the substrate.
