Abstract:
A power generation and an actuating system capable of, when an engine is operated, driving a rotary machine with a power from the engine to drive a motor generator for power generation and, when the engine is stopped, operating the motor generator with a power supply from the outside to drive the rotary machine, comprising a mechanical power transmission mechanism for transmitting the power from the engine to the motor generator and the rotary machine, wherein the power transmission mechanism allows a power transmission from the engine to the motor generator and the rotary machine, and prevents the power transmission from the motor generator to the engine.
