Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a power generation element, a power generation device, an electronic apparatus, and a manufacturing method for the power generation element which are capable of achieving stabilization of generation amount of electrical energy. [Solution] The present invention is characterized by comprising: a substrate 10 that has a first principal surface 11s and a second principal surface 12s which face each other; an electrode unit 13 that is provided on the first principal surface 11s and the second principal surface 12s and has a first electrode part 13a and a second electrode part 13b; and an intermediate unit 14 including nanoparticles, wherein the substrate 10 has a first substrate part 11 and a second substrate part 12 that overlap each other when viewed in a first direction Z, the first principal surface 11s of the first substrate part 11 has a first separated surface 11sa and a first joining surface 11sb, and the second principal surface 12s of the second substrate part 12 has a second separated surface 12sa and a second joining surface 12sb.
