Abstract:
The purpose of this invention is to provide a power generation system and a vibration-powered generator which make it possible to apply an external force with a high frequency and a high amplitude to a power generation element, particularly preferably to a magnetostrictive element, in an easy and convenient way, to extract high power generation.　This invention provides a power generation system and a vibration-powered generator that apply an external force to the magnetostrictive element by making projections disposed on a rotating shaft be in contact with the magnetostrictive element or with a tip of a plate to which the magnetostrictive element is fixed, using a rotating force of the shaft, the shaft being coupled to a power source selected from a group of renewable energy and mechanical vibration, to generate power by the inverse magnetostrictive effect.
