Abstract:
A power generation system, comprising a boiler (1), a steam turbine generator (24), an exhaust fan (15), and a heat-collecting water tank (27). The steam generated by the boiler (1) is delivered via a pipeline to the steam turbine generator (24) and drives said generator to generate electricity. The tail gas discharged by the steam turbine generator (24) and the flue gas discharged by the boiler (1) are delivered separately via a pipeline to the exhaust fan (15), and then into the heat-collecting water tank (27) via the exhaust fan (15) and a pipeline. The heat-collecting water tank (27) is filled with stones having calcium carbonate as the primary composition. The mixed gas delivered by the exhaust fan (15) is fully mixed with the water in the heat-collecting water tank (27). The water in the heat-collecting water tank (27) absorbs the residual heat in the mixed gas. The sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide in the mixed gas react with the water to produce sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and then the reactions with calcium carbonate stones produce innocuous calcium carbonate, calcium nitrate, and carbon dioxide. At the same time the impure matters such as the smoke in the mixed gas are cleaned. The system fully utilizes residual heat with a thermal efficiency of 90% and above, and has good purification effects.
