Abstract:
A power generator device utilizing residual potential energy comprises a support frame (1), a driven wheel (4), a crank mechanism (5), and a power generator (9). The crank mechanism (5) is fitted on the support frame (1). The driven wheel (4) is disposed at a front end of the crank mechanism (5). A driven wheel center shaft (10) is fixedly installed at the center of the driven wheel (4). An eccentric shaft (11) of the driven wheel is fixedly installed at an eccentric position of the driven wheel (4). The driven wheel (4) is rotatably connected to a belt pulley at a front end of an output shaft of the power generator (9) via a conveyor belt. The power generator device utilizing residual potential energy has a novel design. A motor (2) fitted on a beam pumping unit converts electrical energy of the pumping unit into mechanical energy. During a down stroke of the beam pumping unit, the weight of an underground sucker rod (8) of the pumping unit converts lifting potential energy into a free-fall movement, and part of the potential energy is converted into kinetic energy under the action of a balancing block. The potential energy for underground oil pumping during the down stroke is greater than the partially converted kinetic energy. The invention utilizes the residual potential energy means to convert the unconverted potential energy into electrical energy, thereby realizing energy harvesting and conversion.
