Title:
POWER GENERATOR OUTPUT STABILIZING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2009/139080
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In a power generator output stabilizing system performing the shake control of a power system and a three-phase synchronous generator, a magnetic energy recovery switch provided with a bridge circuit comprising four reverse conductive type semiconductor switches, a capacitor that is connected between direct-current terminals of the bridge circuit to store the magnetic energy at the time of current interruption, and a controlling means for performing ON/OFF control of each reverse conductive type semiconductor switch by giving control signals to the gate of each reverse conductive type semiconductor switch between the power system and the three-phase synchronous generator is individually inserted in each phase in series. The controlling means is synchronized with the phase of an output voltage of the three-phase synchronous generator to simultaneously turn on/off a pair located on the diagonal line of the reverse conductive type semiconductor switches, and controls the control signals in such a manner that two pairs are not turned on simultaneously.
