[The field of the invention]

The present invention relates to a driving apparatus using power, for example, a power

generator using a permanent magnet which is mounted on an electric generator or vehicle to

supply power required for the driving apparatus, and more particularly to, a power generator

using a permanent magnet in which a water wheel rotor permanently rotates without having a

separate driving apparatus such as a motor by use of a repulsive force and an attractive force

which are generated when identical polarities approach between magnetic bodies.

[Background of the invention]

In general, a power generator includes a fan which is a rotating body, and a motor or

engine for making the fan rotate. The fan which is a rotating body rotates by rotation of the

motor, and then power which is obtained by rotation of the fan is applied to an electric

generator or other driving apparatuses.

As described above, the conventional power generators should drive a motor or engine

in order to generate power. As a result, an additional energy source such as electric power or

gasoline or light oil should be supplied to drive the motor or engine.

Thus, much cost consumed for supplying electric power or gasoline or light oil causes

economical burden to users.

Accordingly, power generators which can generate power using natural environment

such as a hydraulic power generator or wind power generator have been used, but such power

generators using natural environment cannot be used in general industrial fields unless

geographical conditions are met.

[Technical Object of the invention]

To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a power

generator by use of a rotary force of a rotating rotor by continuously rotating the rotor using a

permanent magnet which includes a rotor having a magnetic property of generating a repulsive

force and an attractive force when identical polarities approach between magnetic bodies, while

having a permanent magnet having a magnetic property of generating the repulsive force and

the attractive force when identical polarities approach between magnetic bodies, and a stick

permanent magnet plate which is located in opposition to one side of the rotor and axially

combined with the rotor on an identical shaft, and thus since a repulsive force is generated

between the fan and the permanent magnet plate, the rotor continuously rotates to thereby

generate power.

[Technical solution of the invention]

When there are a part of a dense magnetic flux density of N-pole and a part of a sparse

magnetic flux density of the N-pole in the N-pole, a rotatable circular plate is leaned toward the

part of the dense magnetic flux density and the densest line of magnetic force is generated.

If the densest line of magnetic force is away of a center of a rotor, and a diameter of a stick

permanent magnet formed on a rotatable circular plate is formed longer than a circular permanent

magnet plate, a repulsive force and an attractive force between the circular permanent magnet plate

and the stick permanent magnet generates a rotatable force. As long as a permanent magnet does

not lose magnetism, the circular plate rotates permanently.

[Best mode for carrying out the invention]

The above aspects and features of the present invention will be more apparent by

describing certain embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying

drawings, in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention;

Fig. 2 is another exploded view according to another embodiment of the present invention;

Fig. 3 is another perspective view of the present invention;

Fig. 4 is yet another perspective view of the present invention; and

Fig. 5 shows that a central hole of a circular permanent magnet plate rotor and a central

shaft of a fixed water wheel type circular permanent magnet plate are formed with magnet bearings.

Referring to FIG. 1, a permanent magnet plate 15 is attached thin on a circular plate 10,

while S-pole and N-pole of the permanent magnet plate is formed with a part of dense flux density

32 and a part of sparse flux density 33 on a left and right sides, respectively on a center line passing

through the S-pole and the N-pole. The circular plate 10 is fixed, and a rotatable circular permanent

magnet plate 30 of the N-pole or the S-pole is formed on a side of the circular plate.

Fig. 2 is another exploded view according to another embodiment of the present invention.

The rotatable circular plate 10 is formed with 2 thin rectangle permanent magnet plates 15.

Fig. 3 is another perspective view of the present invention.

A central shaft of the rotatable circular permanent magnet plate 30 is fixed on the circular

plate 10 formed with the rectangle permanent magnet plate 15, and adjusted with a distance

between the circular plate 10 formed with the rectangle permanent magnet plate 15 and the circular

permanent magnet plate 30, by an adjustment screw 27.

Fig. 4 is yet another perspective view of the present invention.

Behind the circular plate 30 formed with the permanent magnet plate is fixed to face the

rectangle permanent magnet plate 15' having an opposite polarity from the front side of circular

plate 10 formed with the rectangle permanent magnet plate 15, and adjusted with the distance by

the adjustment screw 27.

Fig. 5 shows that a central hole of a circular permanent magnet plate rotor and a central

shaft of a fixed water wheel type circular permanent magnet plate are formed with magnet bearings.

Hereinafter, the operation of the present invention will be described.

A line of magnetic force is formed on the permanent magnet plate. When there are a part of

a dense magnetic flux density of N-pole and a part of a sparse magnetic flux density of the N-pole

in the N-pole, a rotatable circular plate is leaned toward the part of the dense magnetic flux density

and the densest line of magnetic force is generated.

If the densest line of magnetic force is away of a center of a rotor, and a diameter of a stick

permanent magnet formed on a rotatable circular plate is formed longer than a circular permanent

magnet plate, a repulsive force and an attractive force between the circular permanent magnet plate

and a gradient of the stick permanent magnet generates a rotatable force. As long as a permanent

magnet does not lose magnetism, the circular plate rotates permanently.

In Fig. 4, behind the circular permanent magnet plate is disposed with the stick permanent

magnet formed on the circular plate having an opposite polarity.

The foregoing embodiments and advantages are merely exemplary and are not to be

construed as limiting the present invention. The present teaching can be readily applied to other

types of apparatuses. Also, the description of the embodiments of the present invention is

intended to be illustrative, and not to limit the scope of the claims, and many alternatives,

modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art.

[Industrial applicability]

According to the present invention, a circular plate permanently rotates without having a

separate driving apparatus such as a motor, to generate a repulsive force for other apparatuses.

Accordingly, the water wheel type rotor may be industrially applied to unlimited extent.

[Effect of the invention]

According to the present invention, a circular plate permanently rotates without having a

separate driving apparatus such as a motor, to generate a repulsive force for other apparatuses.
