The present application relates to the field of power heads, and provides a power head and a power system. The power head comprises: a motor bracket, wherein a motor assembly cavity is provided in the motor bracket, and an overall unit mounting surface is provided at the bottom of the motor bracket; a housing, wherein the housing is fixed above the motor bracket, and a gap is formed between the housing and the motor bracket; a motor, wherein the motor comprises a motor stator, a motor rotor, and an output shaft, the motor stator is fixedly assembled in the motor assembly cavity, the motor rotor is assembled in the motor assembly cavity and rotates relative to the motor stator, and the output shaft is fixed to the motor rotor and is substantially parallel to the overall unit mounting surface; and a battery pack, wherein the battery pack is mounted in the housing to provide energy for the power head. The power head of the present application has a compact and reasonable structure, is convenient to assemble and install, can replace existing gasoline engines, and solves the problems in existing engines of large vibration, large noise, serious pollution and the like.
