Abstract:
A power LED intense light device comprises a cavity surrounded by a heat-conducting casing (1), a transparent sheet (4) and end covers (6). A heat-conducting circuit board (2), a power LED (3), a reflector cup (5), and a control circuit board (9) are arranged in the cavity. A heat sink fin (10) is arranged on the outer wall of the heat-conducting casing (1), and at least one T-shaped slot (16) is arranged on the inner wall of the heat-conducting casing (1). When there are two or more T-shaped slots (16), the T-shaped slot (16) angles formed with the inner wall are different. The heat-conducting circuit board (2) or the control circuit board (9) is inserted in the T-shaped inserted slot (16). Each of the two side openings of a heat-conducting casing (1) have a slot (21), a transparent sheet (4) and a plug.
