Abstract:
A power line carrier signal processing device comprising an openable/closable toroidal ferrite core (2) having a hollow portion allowing a power line carrier signal (4)-carrying power line (1) to pass therethrough, a first conductor (5a) which is wound around this ferrite core (2) and on which to produce a current by a magnetic field (6) produced when the power line carrier signal (4) running on the power line (1) passes through the hollow portion of the ferrite core (2), and a second conductor (5b) which is wound around this ferrite core (2) and on which to produce a current by a magnetic field (6) produced when the power line carrier signal (4) running on the power line (1) passes through the hollow portion of the ferrite core (2), and a wiring (8) for connecting in series the first conductor (5a) with the second conductor (5b) so that a current (7a) produced on the first conductor (5a) and a current (7b) produced on the second conductor (5b) cancel out each other.
