Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is, in a case where a power line is revolvingly fed from a bobbin which is installed lying sideways, to correct the power line so that the twisting of the power line doesn't accumulate and to prevent tangling of the power line. At an intermediate position which is a point along the transfer path of the power line which is revolvingly fed from the bobbin, a roller support part supports each rotation shaft part of a pair of rollers in a state where the pair of rollers sandwich the power line and rotate with the movement of the power line, and in a state where the rotational center line of the pair of rollers is maintained at a parallel-twist position when seen from transfer direction of the power line at the intermediate position.
