Abstract:
The present invention provides a power management device (10) that comprises: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires from a power generation vendor a power purchase request that includes a power unit price; a calculation unit (14) that calculates a power consignment fee unit price for each pair of the power generation vendor and a group from among a plurality of power consumer groups each composed of a plurality of power consumers within the purview of the same power substation; and a determination unit (12) that determines whether to purchase power from the power generation vendor for each power consumer on the basis of a total unit price, which is the total of the power unit price and the power consignment fee unit price, and a reference unit price of each power consumer.
