Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to provide a power management method for saving on consumed power while also controlling air conditioning in such a manner as to prevent discomfort, even where operation (output) of an air conditioner has been restricted by a demand response system. [Solution] This power management method comprises a step (S100) for acquiring power suppression instruction data 323 from a demand response 300, a step (S200) for acquiring an air conditioning set temperature in a shop 50 (95) provided with an air conditioning device 20, a step (S300) for calculating a control frequency of an inverter motor 24 on the basis of the power suppression instruction data and the air conditioning set temperature, a step (S310) for controlling the air conditioning device 20 with an inverter frequency adjustment system 30 on the basis of the control frequency, and a step for measuring a demand value during operation in the air conditioning device. In the step (S300) for calculating the control frequency, a rotational speed at which the air conditioning set temperature will be reached over a longer period of time than with a fastest-arrival control frequency, which is a control frequency at which the air conditioning set temperature will be reached in the shortest time, is calculated as the control frequency. The demand value during operation in the air conditioning device 20 is measured by the inverter frequency adjustment system 30. The inverter frequency adjustment system 30 has a configuration that makes it possible to use a control frequency adapter 22 to connect to an air conditioning device 20 in a state of having been installed in the shop 50.
