Abstract:
A power management server comprises a control unit that manages a storage battery device shared by a plurality of entities, and a reception unit that receives requests including information elements indicating requested power amounts that include either a virtual discharge amount or a virtual charge amount for the storage battery device. The control unit manages the power usage amount of the storage battery device for each of the plurality of entities. The control unit manages the remaining virtual stored power amount of the storage battery device for each of the plurality of entities. When constraint conditions are satisfied due to overlap of the requests, the control unit determines the amount of power to be allotted with respect to the requested power amounts on the basis of the power usage amounts.
