Abstract:
The present invention provides a power control apparatus(10) having: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires X(t) which is a time function of output demand power PDEM [W] during an output demand time period; a maximum power amount determination unit (12) that determines a maximum power amount PHMAX [Wh] allowed to be outputted from a power storage system in response to an output demand for each power consumer; a maximum power determination unit (13) that determines maximum power PMAX [W] allowed to be outputted from the power storage system in response to the output demand for each power consumer; and an output power determination unit (14) that determines a×X(t) as a time function of output power PRES [W] to be outputted from the power storage system in response to the output demand for each power consumer, and determines the value of "a" so as to satisfy a third condition "0≤a≤1", a second condition represented by PMAX, and a first condition represented by PHMAX.
