Abstract:
This power management system has a holding function for holding power in the form of storable energy, and a supply function for supplying power procured from a contractor to said holding function, and configures an operational range of the storable energy held by the holding function. By this configuration, if the quantity of storable energy held by the holding function exceeds a prescribed amount, then the portion of the storable energy that exceeds said prescribed amount is configured as operational.
