Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a power measurement circuit, a power amplifier module, and a radio-frequency front-end architecture. The power measurement circuit comprises an envelope amplifier circuit and a plurality of current proportional amplification circuits, wherein input ends of the plurality of current proportional amplification circuits are all connected to a radio-frequency input signal RFin, output ends of the plurality of current proportional amplification circuits are connected to an input end of the envelope amplifier circuit in parallel, at least two of the current proportional amplification circuits are sequentially started along with the gradual increase of the radio-frequency input signal RFin, and each of the current proportional amplification circuits amplifies the radio-frequency input signal RFin after being started and outputs a current amplification signal; and the envelope amplifier circuit is used for converting the current amplification signal into a voltage value and outputting the voltage value, thereby realizing a power measurement function. By using the above means, a power measurement function within a broad power range can be realized.
