Abstract:
This power module is provided with: a first switching element; a current-voltage conversion circuit, into which a current outputted from the first switching element flows; a measuring circuit that measures the magnitude of the current; and an output terminal that outputs an output signal indicating the magnitude of the current measured by the measuring circuit. On the basis of a resistance value of the current-voltage conversion circuit, the measuring circuit measures the magnitude of the current outputted from the first switching element, and the first switching element and the measuring circuit are formed in one semiconductor package.
