Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power monitoring system in a zero energy building. Comprised is a building load management server which forms, into a database (DB), electrical load-specific energy consumption information and new and renewable energy generated power information of a building load energy consumption management device, stores and manages same as well as monitors same in real time, and analyzes the electrical load-specific energy consumption information and new and renewable energy generated power information in a building, generates particular control information, for controlling an external grid management device and a new and renewable energy generation device, such that external power and/or new and renewable energy generated power is supplied to each electrical load, and transmits same to a building gateway. Therefore, electrical load-specific energy consumption information in the building can be monitored in real time and be managed in an integrated manner.
