A power network system (10A) according to the present invention comprises: a power cell (L31) including a power router (81) for transmitting and receiving power; and a management server (52B) for controlling a plurality of power cells (L31, L32, L2). The power router (81) includes a first control device (819) for controlling the operation of a plurality of legs (811 to 815). The legs include a first leg (814) connected to an internal connection destination and a second leg (811, 812, 813, 815) connected to an external connection destination. The first leg is operated according to an instruction from the first control device and the second leg is operated according to an instruction from a second control device.
