Abstract:
Disclosed is a power plant that allows for miniaturization, cost reduction, and increased drive efficiency. In a power plant (1), the ratio of the number of first armature poles that constitute a first rotating field generated by a first stator (23) in a first rotator (21), the number of first poles (24a) in a first rotor (24), and the number of a first soft magnetic material (25a) in a second rotor (25) disposed between the two (23, 24) is set to 1:m:(1+m)/2(m≠1.0), the ratio of the number of second armature poles that constitute a second rotating field generated by a second stator (33) in a second rotator (31), the number of second poles (34a) in a third rotor (34), and the number of a second soft magnetic material (35a) in a fourth rotor (35) disposed between the two (33, 34) is set to 1:n:(1+n)/2(n≠1.0), the two stators (23, 33) are connected to each other, the first and fourth rotors (24, 35) are connected to driven parts (DW, DW), and the second and third rotors (25, 34) are connected to the output part (3a) of a combustion engine (3), respectively.
