Abstract:

The present invention is capable of adjusting the power-receiving efficiency of a power receiver or power transmission system. This power receiver (100) includes: a secondary-side resonance coil (110) which receives power by means of magnetic field resonance; a capacitor (115) which is inserted in series in a resonance coil part (111) of the secondary-side resonance coil (110); a series circuit which comprises a first switch (131X) and a second switch (131Y) and is connected in parallel to the capacitor; a first rectification element (132X) which is connected in parallel to the first switch; a second rectification element (132Y) which is connected in parallel to the second switch and in the opposite direction of the first rectification element; a detection part (116) which detects a waveform related to a power transmission frequency; and a control unit (150) which adjusts the amount of power to be received by adjusting the waveform detected by the detection part and the phase difference between a first signal for on/off switching of the first switch and a second signal for on/off switching of the second switch.
