Abstract:
Provided are a power-on reset circuit, an integrated circuit and an electronic device. The power-on reset circuit comprises a current generation circuit, a threshold value control circuit and a reset output circuit, wherein the current generation circuit is used for generating a reference voltage and a first current signal having a positive temperature coefficient; the threshold value control circuit is used for generating, according to a power source voltage, a first driving voltage having a negative temperature coefficient, and for determining a reset threshold value voltage according to the first current signal and the first driving voltage; and the reset output circuit is used for outputting a reset signal when the power source voltage exceeds the reset threshold value voltage, and when the first driving voltage is equal to the reference voltage, the power source voltage is equal to the reset threshold value voltage.
