Abstract:
This power sale timing optimum control system (10) is provided with a communication unit (11), a demand prediction unit (12), a supply prediction unit (13), and a timing determination unit (14). The communication unit (11) acquires the amount of power stored in each of multiple power storage devices (23, 33, 43). The demand prediction unit (12) predicts the sum (Ta) of the demand for power in a utility customer group (60). On the basis of the acquired power storage amounts, the supply prediction unit (13) predicts the sum (Tf) of the amount of power that can be supplied in the utility customer group (60). The timing determination unit (14) determines a power sale timing on the basis of the sum (Ta) of the predicted demand and the sum (Tf) of the predicted amount of power that can be supplied.
