Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present application are a power saving method and smart glasses. The smart glasses comprise a first chip and a second chip. The method comprises: a first chip determining whether a first instruction transmitted by a user is received; if the first chip receives the first instruction, the first chip controlling a second chip to power on; when the second chip completes an operation corresponding to the first instruction, the first chip controlling the second chip to power off; and if the first chip does not receive the first instruction, the second chip remaining powered off. The power saving method and smart glasses in the embodiments of the present application can save power for a battery by disposing two chips, a first chip and a second chip, in smart glasses having distinct functions, and controlling the second chip to power on only when the second chip is required to perform a corresponding operation and power off immediately after the second chip completes the corresponding operation, and remain powered off under other circumstances.
