Abstract:

A power-saving outlet is disclosed herein. The power-saving outlet includes a housing, a at least one outlet- socket, an electrical-circuit, at least one toggle- switch, and a state-indication means. In a preferred embodiment, the state-indication means is an LED light. The power- saving outlet may be useful for providing a means to prevent excess power consumption.
