Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to prevent or restrict inflow of liquid into a switch. In this power seat operating device (10), a microswitch (94) is attached inside a dial (58) provided rotatably on the side surface of a power seat. An opening portion (68) through which an operating portion (126) of a knob (110) for operating the microswitch (94) is inserted is formed in the dial (58). There is thus a possibility that liquid may penetrate into the dial (58) from the opening portion (68), but a flow path (130) is formed in the dial (58) by means of the dial (58) and the knob (110). If a liquid penetrates into the dial (58) from the opening portion (68) while the opening portion (68) is positioned above the microswitch (94), the flow path (130) causes the liquid to flow down to below the microswitch (94) and to be discharged to the outside of the dial (58). The flow path (130) is partitioned from the microswitch (94), and it is thus possible to prevent or restrict the inflow of liquid into the microswitch (94).
