Abstract:

The present invention prevents a dial that can be rotatably operated to a plurality of rotation positions from becoming stuck at a position partway through rotating operation. Provided is a power seat operation device that comprises a dial base (32) having formed thereon a cam section (52) in which valley sections (54A, 54B, 54C) and ridge sections (56A, 56B) that form an uneven shape in the radial direction are arranged in an alternating manner in the direction of rotation of a dial (58). In addition, the dial (58) is slidably supported by a slider (78) in the radial direction. The slider (78) is in contact with the cam section (52) as a result of the biasing force of a roller spring (88) and said slider (78) holds the dial (58) in one rotation position by fitting into one of the valley sections (54A, 54B, 54C). In addition, the slider (78) causes the roller spring (88) to elastically deform, slides with respect to the dial (58), and passes over at least one of the ridge sections (56A, 56B) during rotating operation of the dial (58).
