Abstract:
In order to measure input power as accurately as possible, a power source device (10) is provided with: an AC/DC converter (11) that generates an internal direct current power source from an alternating current commercial power source; an output voltage measuring unit (12) that measures the output voltage from the internal power source; an output current measuring unit (13) that measures the output current from the internal power source; a temperature measuring unit (14 or the like) that measures the ambient temperature of this power source device; a storage device (16) that pre-stores conversion efficiency data (111) that records the associations between the ambient temperature and the conversion efficiency (η) of the AC/DC converter (11); and an operating unit (17) that determines the conversion efficiency (η) on the basis of the conversion efficiency data (111) and the ambient temperature measurements according to the temperature measuring unit, and calculates the input power of a commercial power source using the determined conversion efficiency (η), the output voltage measurement according to the output voltage measuring unit (12), the output current measurement according to the output current measuring unit (13), and the relational expression, input power = output voltage × output current/conversion efficiency (η).
